How much should I order?

Tray sizes assume one main portion per guest. A small tray feeds about 5 people and a large tray about 15.
When you serve several dishes, guests take some of each, so aim for total servings across all trays close to your headcount.
Add one rice or noodle tray for roughly every 15 guests, and one vegetable dish for balance.
Not sure? Leave the tray list empty and tell us your headcount and budget. We will suggest a menu.

Before you order

Notice: At least 48 hours for most orders, 5 days for 50+ guests.
Minimum: No minimum for pickup. $150 for delivery.
Delivery: Within 10 miles of the restaurant. Delivery fee is based on distance and confirmed with your quote.
Included: Serving spoons for every tray
Plates, napkins, forks and chopsticks on request
Dishes labeled for spice level and vegetarian items
On request: Wire chafing racks and fuel (additional charge)
Mild versions of dishes that are spicy by default
Payment: Orders over $500 require a 50% deposit to confirm. The balance is due at pickup or delivery.
Changes: Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your pickup or delivery time.

Questions

Is everything halal?

Everything on our menu is halal, and our meat is 100% zabiha.

Can you make dishes less spicy?

Yes. Dishes marked spicy are spicy by default; tell us and we will make them mild or not spicy.

Do you cater iftars, Eid and other community events?

Yes. For 50 guests or more, please give us at least 5 days of notice, and more during Ramadan.

Can I order dishes that are not on the tray menu?

Often, yes. Ask in the notes and we will let you know what travels well.
