Lanzhou-style beef noodle soup, dumplings, lamb and wok cooking on Preston Road. Everything we serve is halal, and our meat is 100% zabiha.

Flour, water, and a pair of hands.
Every bowl starts as a rope of dough. Our cooks stretch, fold and pull it into noodles right before it hits the pot, so it arrives springy, never soft. You can watch from the dining room.
